Lemme just tell you! This kid is going to be a super powerhouse when he gets to be about 30. I’m positive he probably won’t even have to work when he gets to that age, at the rate he is going.

If you have a big site for sale or just want to make sure any of your website sales go smooth. Then I suggest you hire Donny as your website broker. He already has a list of website buyers and could possibly get your site sold faster then anywere else. Hell, I’ll prolly even use him myself, he’d save me a lot of time and the stress would be all on him.

He may be 15 but this is the most mature, focused, and responsible 15yr old I ever met. Donny is a true entrepreneur!

The website could really use a new mini-site design, I’d use DesignGuruRyan.com. The owner is selling the subscriber list and the customer list with the site.

Some new graphics and split testing would increase the value quite a bit, but I’d keep this one as a part of my cash flow portfolio.

I would definitely organize the content better and hire a copywriter down the road. I like this website a lot!

I really like the idea behind this website…RSS is huge these days and is only getting bigger. I know there was a day when I had to look up some RSS information and I wish I had found this site.

If I were to buy this I would put it on a CMS platform like Joomla for better navigation and easier maintenance. Then I’d get a premium template over at RocketTheme and outsource the customization through Scriptlance for the lowest price.

Now the site would have a better layout, navigation and graphics. Finally, I’d install some analytics scripts and improve the positions and conversions on ads and products for sale to increase the revenue.

Then I’d look to flip it for 2-3x the price I bought it.
